As a highly skilled, ethical and professional practitioner I adopt a down to earth approach.  I recognise that each client is an individual and therefore deserves the benefit of a tailored plan.  A gentle non-judgmental approach is taken and discretion and confidentiality are assured.

I have over 10 years experience in personal and organisational coaching and development.  Through this experience comes a passion and a belief that given support and guidance, anyone can make the necessary desired changes to their thoughts and behaviour to enhance their quality of life.  I have trained (and continue to train) with the renowned London College of Clinical Hypnosis, Coaching & Mentoring International and the UK Centre for Stress Management. As a member of British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I work to a code of high ethical conduct in both hypnotherapy and coaching.  In my spare time (!) I am currently studying for a BSc (Honours) in Psychology.

Above all I am a very friendly, practical person, willing to listen and I have total belief that anyone can make the necessary changes to create a life unlimited.
